My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was spacious but poorly furnished, resulting in a cold and uncomfortable night's sleep due to noisy water pipes. The staff, however, were extremely friendly and attentive, making our late-night arrival much easier. The location was convenient for car access, but the presence of night-time activities near the property was concerning.
The hotel had everything we needed in the rooms, despite them being a bit chilly and showing signs of wear and tear like peeling flooring and stained carpets. The aircon wasn't working properly, and we noticed hairs in the toilet and bath. The service was professional but somewhat lacking warmth and promptness at times, needing reminders for basic things. The location was a bit inconvenient, quite a way out of the center and difficult to access due to traffic. The dining experience was below par with a poorly managed buffet, leading to long waits for food. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel provided essential amenities.
